By accessing or using Sticker.Show (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

2. Accounts

When you sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Generated content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate. You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

4. Licenses and ownership

Your content. You retain ownership of the stickers you generate. By generating a public sticker, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute it on the Service.

Our content. The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and licensed to you for personal use.

5. Free and paid plans

The Service offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time.

6. Refunds

Paid plans are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Infringe the intellectual property of others
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
  • Generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, or obscene

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
